• Applied Gartner's TIME framework to assess department-level portfolios, giving leadership visibility into current systems and future-state options. Recommended investment, migration, and retirement decisions that removed low-value applications and lowered technical debt.
• Developed a multi-year roadmap for post-acquisition modernization, consolidating Salesforce, Marketo, Workday, and other OSIsoft systems into standardized AVEVA platforms. Improved global integrations, reduced long-term costs, and strengthened cross-regional collaboration.
• Provided architecture governance and risk oversight through participation in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Technical Steering Committees, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards for high-impact initiatives across global SaaS and hybrid environments.
• Maintained and evolved the TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture framework, creating as-is/to-be models, reusable standards, and solution design guidelines. Enabled consistent architecture practices in cooperation with business, data, application, and technology domains and enabled leadership to make strategic decisions.

Participated in major transformation programs including the migration from on-premises Microsoft CRM to Salesforce and the retirement and replacement of SAP's variant product configurator, ensuring legacy data accessibility, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted licensing operations for the company's flagship product. • Led a global compliance initiative using Akamai's geolocation access controls to block traffic to our public sites from sanctioned regions, ensuring adherence to trade regulations and providing full audit traceability for governance reviews.
• Developed a custom C# utility to extract, archive, and relocate Microsoft CRM attachments to shared storage with SQL-based metadata mapping, enabling seamless business continuity after the migration to Salesforce.

Supported the enterprise-wide rollout of Workday over a 7-month period. Focused on changes that impacted OSIsoft business processes, systems/technology, job roles and organization structures. Using the principles of Change Management, I implemented strategies and plans that ensured maximal employee adoption/usage of the new system and minimized resistance to change.

Developed and rolled out various education campaigns that included engaging videos, posters, social events, and training materials. Coached senior leaders and executives on the value of their influence as change sponsors. Created materials for managers to help guide their direct reports through the Workday transition.

Managed the customization and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Provided technical expertise in the development and support of in-house applications and helped evaluate commercial off-the-shelf software for the IT department. Participated in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, developing, testing, and deploying of information systems. Developed ASP.net web applications, SOAP and REST-based web services, as well as database schema design and implementation. Interfaced with business user community and the internal development team to understand business requirements and meet user needs and expectations.
